Refund Policy – FortyTravel
At FortyTravel, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for tour packages and related services.
By booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period, as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation & Refund Structure
Refund eligibility is based on the timing of cancellation:
- 15 days or more before arrival:
Full refund of advance payment (excluding service charges) - 7 to 14 days before arrival:
50% refund of advance payment - Less than 7 days before arrival:
No refund applicable
(These timelines may be updated as per company policy.)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- No-show on the scheduled arrival date
- Early departure from the tour
- Cancellation due to personal reasons after the tour has started
- Natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions beyond our control
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days and will be issued through the original mode of payment.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction fees or service charges deducted by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
6. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to reschedule your tour, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Any additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the traveler.
