At FortyTravel, we provide travel services and tour packages. As a service-based company, we do not ship any physical products. This Shipping Policy explains how booking confirmations and travel-related documents are delivered to our customers.
By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery of Booking Documents
After successful payment and booking confirmation, customers will receive:
- Tour itinerary
- Booking confirmation
- Hotel or houseboat details
- Transport information
- Support team contact details
All documents are delivered digitally.
2. Delivery Method
Travel documents and confirmations are shared through:
- SMS or phone call (if required)
No physical documents are shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard bookings: Documents are delivered within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
- Last-minute bookings: Documents are shared as soon as possible after confirmation
4. No Physical Shipping
FortyTravel does not deliver any physical goods, tickets, or printed materials. All services are confirmed electronically.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including:
- Valid email address
- Correct phone / WhatsApp number
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Resending Documents
If you misplace or delete your booking details, our team will resend them upon request at no additional cost.
